Job Description A Maryland License Veterinarian. 2 year minimum private clinic experience. Must do minimal surgery (spay,neuter,dentistry). 30 hours per week.Hospital closes between 4:00pm Tues., Wed., and Thurs. and 5:00pm, Mon., and Fri., and Saturday by 2:00pm (work every other Sat. am).. We are a long established 2+1/2 doctor practice that was the second hospital in Maryland to be awarded 4 year certification by AAHA .We offer digital radiography, digital dental radiography, U/S, Idexx in house lab, electrosurgery. Midmark dentistry, hydraulic exam table, and, a well equipped surgical suite. No boarding. We average 2 techs per vet at all times. We subscribe to the VIN network. We enjoy working up our internal medicine cases. All radiographs reviewed by AI. Complicated radiographs reviewed by a radiologist. We use a boarded internist (mobile practice) for difficult AUS cases. Laurel is an affordable community located 30 minutes from Baltimore, 30 minutes from Washington, D.C. and 35 minutes for Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay. We are 3 hours from the Atlantic Ocean.
