Overview: The Information Systems & Applications Specialist is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing CMA’s technology infrastructure, software applications, and data systems to ensure optimal efficiency, usability, and data integrity. Acting as a key liaison between CMA departments, external vendors, and IT support providers, this role ensures that systems align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills and a passion for using technology to improve service delivery and drive business results. Pay: $80,000 - $90,000/year What You Will Do: System Support & Application Management • With Supervisor, serve as a primary liaison to our Managed Service Provider Vendor “LISS”, as needed., • Assisting with collaborative efforts to maintain equipment, monitoring staff needs, and other on-site support needed to CMA’s workforce., • In collaboration with LISS, offer additional end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for all enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, ADP, Evero, iSpring, other)., • Take lead on developing organizational needs in various areas that may include EMR, HRIS, payroll, training, and project management., • Monitor application performance, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security., • Coordinate with external vendors and LISS on enhancements, upgrades, and technical issues., • Manage integration and data feeds from disparate systems (ADP, eVero and i-Spring) to ensure data integrity and reduce redundancy of information, • Confirm back-end application settings and maintain related process documentation., • Assist in the implementation of system integrations and new software rollouts., • Research and test software updates; communicate changes to users and document revised procedures., • Support the organization in evolving Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities by staying up to date with trends, developing protocols and guides to educate team members, and managing implementation and progress., • Provide training and ongoing support to CMA staff on system use and best practices in collaboration with the Training department and LISS, • Develop and maintain user guides, quick reference materials, step-by-step overviews/instruction (scribe) and documentation to enhance adoption and user experience., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Finance, Programs) to define project requirements and system enhancements., • Translate business needs into technical specifications and identify opportunities to streamline workflows., • Lead or participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and evaluate solutions., • Support data analysis and reporting needs; assist departments in leveraging technology applications for improved decision-making., • In collaboration with the Director of Communications and CMA leadership, maintain effective communication platforms and channels to stay connected with our workforce, families, board members, donors, and other stakeholders. This includes technical assistance with applications used for communication purposes (iSpring, Network for Good, and texting/messaging)., • Travel to offsite CMA locations as needed.
