Vehicles to be driven are 16 foot step vans Work week is Monday thru Sunday, ware open 7 days a week. Responsibilities: • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location., • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns., • Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery or contractor entry in accordance with site policies; report irregularities to appropriate property representatives and/or emergency services., • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and documenting actions taken., • Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site management.
