Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to oversee the procurement operation for our company, including our retail and interior design department. In this position, you coordinate with every department to determine what they need in terms of supplies, equipment, and raw materials. You research vendors to get the best price, submit purchase orders to their distribution center, and handle the invoicing process with regards to verifying costs, shipping payments. This requires both vendor management and data entry skills, as you must closely track every order and payment. Our ideal applicant has a bachelors degree in business and several years of supply chain experience. You should also be comfortable working on a Mac and within different apps programs.
