This individual is responsible for ensuring our standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are upheld every hour of every day. The General Assistant Store Leader will be the leader in charge when a Store Leader or Multi-Unit Leader is not present. The Team Leader will work a flexible schedule in conjunction with the other leaders to fully cover the needs of the business during all operating hours.
