Responsibilities • Greet guests promptly and professionally, • Guide guests through food and beverage selections, • Accurately enter orders into the POS system, • Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections, • Process payments accurately, • Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff, and management, • Uphold all restaurant service standards and policies Qualifications • Previous serving experience preferred, • Strong communication and customer service skills, • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure, • Professional appearance and positive attitude, • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance, • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
