Job Description18 Wheels USA has an opening on our dedicated fleet. This position is designed for professional drivers who take pride in their backing skills and want to maximize their paycheck through physical work. You’ll enjoy the stability of a dedicated account and a pay package that rewards your effort on every load.Pay & Benefits:Average Weekly Pay: $1,750Top Earners: Our top drivers make up to $2,200 per weekSign-On Bonus: $1,000Unload Pay: $250 per trailerWeekly Incentive: $125 for completing 3 unloadsBackhaul Pay: $3524/7 Experienced Support: On-site staff at the distribution center.Consistent Work: Year-round freight with reliable miles.Home Time - Weekly: Drivers receive a weekly 34-hour reset.Responsibilities:Operate as a dedicated truck driver covering VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV.Physically unload freight at stores using rollers.Run approximately 1,500 miles per week with 1-6 stops per trailer.Complete a minimum of 3 loads per week.Requirements:CDL Class A – Required.Experience - 3 Months of tractor/trailerDoubles Endorsement – Preferred, but not required.Able to pass DOT exam and clean driving records.Physical Unloading – Must be able to physically unload freight at stores.Customer Service Skills – Patience and professionalism with store staff and customers are essential.About Us18 Wheels USA is built on the belief that trucking is the backbone of the economy, and our drivers are the backbone of our company.
