Eastern Seaboard regional lanes, 100% no-touch dry van freight, a structured training program for new graduates, and bi-weekly home time you can actually plan around. Here is what the position looks like up close. POSITION OVERVIEW • Employment Type: Full-time regional CDL-A, • Territory: Eastern Seaboard regional routes, • Freight: 100% no-touch dry van — primarily drop and hook, • Weekly Mileage: Approximately 2,500 miles average, • Home Time: Bi-weekly — out approximately 12 days, home approximately 2, • CPM: $0.55 to $0.65 based on verified experience, • Weekly Gross: $1,200 to $1,500 based on experience and mileage, • Stop Pay: $15 per additional stop, • Trainee Weekly Pay: $650 per week during training, • Monthly Safety Bonus: $0.06 per mile for incident-free driving and fuel efficiency compliance, • Eligibility: Recent CDL graduates with minimum 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school and under 6 months OTR experience, • Duration: 4 to 6 weeks, • Format: One-on-one structured OTR training with a dedicated company trainer, • Compensation: $650 per week — guaranteed for full training duration, • Progression: Supervised evaluations and mentorship prior to solo dispatch, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k) retirement plan, • Life insurance, • Paid time off, • Paid training and orientation, • Passenger ride-along program, • Age: 21 years minimum, • License: Valid Class A CDL in good standing, • Driving Record: No major accidents, suspensions, or violations within the past 5 years, • DUI: No convictions within the past 5 years, • Employment: No involuntary termination from most recent position, • Employment History: Stable work history consistent with industry standards — reasonable gaps for training or education will be considered, • Criminal History: Certain convictions may disqualify — all records reviewed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, • Safety-focused, punctual, and reliable, • Comfortable with regional OTR schedules and bi-weekly home time cycles, • Strong time management and professional communication skills Apply today.
