    C-Neta Behavioral Health Services is seeking experienced ABA therapists to work as registered behavior technicians, implementing behavior support plans for youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The RBT will provide in-home ABA services to youth under the age of 21. We are also looking for paraprofessionals who can provide respite services for youth with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. BTs and respite workers are needed to work in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Mercer, Middlesex, Passaic and Union Counties. Transportation required. Position Requirements: • Bachelor's degree, • Must have an RBT certification from the BACB, • Must have at least one (1) year of supervised experience in implementing behavior support plans for individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities, • Able to follow directions, procedures, and all ethical guidelines, • Good analytical/critical thinking skills with the ability to record and track therapy progress Ability to communicate and represent self in a professional manner, • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships, • Must be reliable and flexible, with a strong work ethic, • Must be at least 18 years of age or older Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Implement interventions in Behavior Support Plan, • Teach skills to the youth, • Train parent/guardian in implementation of Behavior Support Plan, • Data collection, • Progress Notes Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
