Job DescriptionSalary: $180,000-$220,000 OTE Job Title: Portfolio Maintenance Director (External) Location: Westfield, NJ Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid) Industry: Residential Property Management Position Overview: MCFA is partnering with a premier real estate development corporation to find a strategic and experiencedPortfolio Maintenance Director to lead maintenance operations across a portfolio of residential communities in New Jersey. This high-impact leadership role is ideal for a seasoned professional with multi-site management experience, technical expertise, and a passion for operational excellence and team development. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Operations Leadership • Oversee maintenance operations across multiple communities, including staffing, training, and performance management., • Ensure delivery of maintenance services that meet organizational standards and resident expectations., • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and quality control for cost-effective service delivery., • Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring financial goals are met., • Leverage internal systems to analyze performance data and optimize operations., • Collaborate with on-site teams to resolve resident concerns and maintain high service standards., • Implement solutions based on customer feedback and survey results., • Mentor and develop Maintenance Managers across the portfolio., • Provide coaching, training, and succession planning to support team growth., • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local maintenance regulations., • Maintain required certifications and licenses for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire systems., • Promote and enforce safety protocols across all communities.
