Job Description National Corporate Sales Trainer – Roofing & Home Services Reports To: VP of Sales Location: Remote (~30% travel) About the Role Are you an experienced roofing sales rep, sales trainer, or sales manager looking to take the next step in your career? We're building a national residential roofing and exterior remodeling brand and need a Corporate Sales Trainer to help our sales teams succeed across multiple markets. In this role, you'll work directly with sales leadership to train, coach, and mentor new reps, making sure they hit the ground running and achieve consistent results. You'll design onboarding programs, create sales training content, and support local managers in coaching their teams. If you've had success in home services sales (roofing, windows, solar, siding, HVAC, or other one-call-close industries) and love teaching others how to win, this is your chance to make an impact on a national scale.
