Job Description JOB DEFINITION: Work with the CN Guidance FACT Team to deliver services to those individuals who are diagnosed with severe mental illness and whose needs have not been met by more traditional service delivery approaches. Job Description Hiring: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Orthopedic Practice Fresh Meadows, Queens, NY Pay: Up to $41/hour Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:15 PM Must have flexibility to stay until approximately 5:00 PM when needed. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide coverage for an employee currently on leave. The exact length of the assignment is not yet known, so candidates should be comfortable with an open-ended temporary assignment. Orthopedic experience is a plus, but NOT required! The practice is willing to train an experienced LPN on orthopedic-specific responsibilities, including how to administer steroid injections and other duties related to orthopedic patient care.
