Overview This is an individual contributor role that will be focused on supporting the needs of internal teams and clients related to PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and contract review. This role will be a subject matter expert for PBM pricing and will be responsible for providing consultative support to internal teams as well as preparing client-facing presentations summarizing PBM financial proposals and key terms and conditions. Professional communication skills and the ability to summarize complex topics and analytics is paramount. This is role will need to succeed in a fast-paced environment that is timeline driven. How you'll make an impact • Primarily focused on the development, maintenance, and assurance of accurate and quality modeling and analysis of PBM RFPs., • Key accountabilities include providing analytical and qualitative expertise in the pharmacy focused modeling and reporting., • Review qualitative and quantitative RFP responses. Understand implications of RFP responses and how they impact financial guarantees and modeling., • Analyze and summarize pharmacy data from multiple sources, • Track utilization and spend across services, • Client specific pharmacy cost forecasting and trend analysis, • Review and edit complex contract language so that it aligns with RFP terms, • Evaluate client performance as compared to contracted terms., • Participate in client discussions regarding PBM pricing strategies and analyses, • Provide subject matter expertise to internal partners Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in quantitative based field (e.g., Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Math, Statistics), • 5 years related PBM industry experience required (pricing, discounts, rebates, contracts, etc), • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, • advanced Excel knowledge is preferred (pivot tables, vlookups, filters, conditional formatting, large data sets), • Relevant advanced degree, • Must be highly analytical and detail-oriented, • Organizational and time management skills are keys to success, • Strong communication (written and oral) and decision making, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
