Will actively promote the health, safety and well-being of the people supported by providing hands-on assistance, mentoring and teaching independent living skills and providing services as directed in their Life Plan. In this position, you will: • Respect the human dignity and uniqueness of the people you support. Recognize each person you support is valuable and advocate their value to others., • Implement and document the delivery of all Residential Habilitation services which may include but is not limited to: person supported skill development training in a variety of areas including: medical concerns, vocational concerns and recreational services., • Implementation of all person supported behavioral support plans/strategies and documentation of person supported behaviors., • Support the emotional, physical, and personal well-being of the people you support.
