Job Description OB SUMMARY: Provides a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism. Processes orders for material or merchandise received by telephone, email and fax. Demonstrating drive and enthusiasm while handling customer orders, questions, and complaints and billing inquiries. WORK SCHEDULE: • Full time, • 10am - 6pm, • Sunday + weekday, • Must be able to work every Saturday BENEFITS • $18 -$19 per hour, • $1,000 Sign -on bonus, • Medical, Dental, Vision, • 401K with employer contributions and options for traditional or ROTH employee contributions, • Life Insurance, • Vacation, Holidays and Safe and Sick Leave, • Opportunities for growth and cross- training in other departments SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks, • Able to perform 200 inbound and outbound calls per day, • Answer telephones and transmit messages, • Provide accurate information, • Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision, • Computer literate, • Classify and organize Reports and Tickets, • Arrange items in alphanumeric or subject order, • Speak clearly, • Work independently, • Plan, schedule and organize work, • Maintain a positive work environment, • Ensure the quality of work as measured against established standards, • Maintain confidentiality, • Answers inbound calls for Order delivery, responds to questions, • Perform Outbound calls to customers, • Communicates with customers, • Keys orders via numeric, • Process Special Delivery orders, • Processes all Fax orders, • Completes Driver Notes, • Process late orders, Credit and Complaint forms, • Researches and compiles information, • Attends meetings and serves on temporary committees, as requested, • Ensures office equipment is in working order, • Attends assigned training sessions, • Performs additional duties and assignments, as requested Requirements QUALIFICATIONS • Bilingual in Spanish Required, • 1+ years working in a goal focused, high volume, customer service oriented environment (ex: call center, office) Will train candidates with less than 1 year of experience., • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, • Ability to navigate through several systems/applications simultaneously, • Display a positive attitude, • Reliable attendance, • Ability to work weekends- weekends are a must, • Professional written and oral communication skills, • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals, • Bilingual in English and Spanish Company DescriptionWe are one of the largest family owned food distributors in the tri-state area.
