A blend of barista expertise, exceptional customer service, and attention to detail is key in this role. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a range of high-end coffee beverages with precision and care.
• Knowledgeably guide customers through our selection of gourmet pastries and beverages, offering
recommendations based on preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant workspace that aligns with our brand standards.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by greeting clients warmly, answering questions, and offering personalized service.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
• Assist with inventory management and replenishing stock as needed.
• Uphold the shop’s luxury atmosphere, ensuring it remains pristine and inviting at all times. Qualifications:
• Previous barista or retail experience in a high-end environment preferred (training will be provided otherwise)
• Strong passion for coffee, pastries, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
