No Shyness Here: We're looking for someone who can confidently engage with both clients and colleagues. Shy need not apply ! Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients with a smile.
Answer phones and schedule appointments.
Manage patient records using our software.
Provide information about our services.
Assist with general administrative tasks. Requirements: Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
Comfortable with using and learning new software.
Love for animals and a desire to contribute to their well-being.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
