What You’ll Be Doing • Commercial handyman and maintenance work at retail, restaurant, grocery, and office locations, • Drywall patching & spackling, sanding, painting, • Light electrical and light plumbing repairs, • Tile and ceiling tile replacement, • Carpet tile / peel-and-stick flooring, • Locks, hardware, and general building repairs, • Diagnosing issues and completing quality repairs on the first visit whenever possible, • Using a mobile app (ServiceTitan or similar) to close out work orders What We’re Looking For • Proven commercial handyman experience, • Comfortable working independently and responsibly, • Strong working knowledge of hand & power tools (own hand tools required), • Professional customer presence — clean, respectful, and reliable, • Valid driver’s license with clean record, • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, • Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for work orders, • Able to pass drug screening and background check What You Get • $25–$30/hour, based on experience, • Company van (you don’t use your own vehicle), • 401(k) with company match, • Medical, dental & vision insurance, • Company-paid group life insurance, • Paid vacation, sick, personal time & floating holidays, • Paid holidays, • Consistent work with recognizable commercial clients If you’re a professional handyman who wants steady work, fair pay, good benefits, and a company that respects your skill, this is worth a look.
