Compensation: Horizon is consistently evaluating our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive. The range of pay for this position is $18.45 - $19.50. Starting pay may be impacted based on experience and education. You’ll earn an additional 25% shift differential for any work hours that fall between the hours of 7pm-7am. Compensation adjustments are evaluated annually. Physical demands associated with this position include: • Stationary posture with frequent standing/sitting alternation., • Mobility between nearby worksites and within facilities., • Mobility required involving repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements., • Handling light duties, moving objects up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds. As a baker at Tim Horton's, you would be responsible for the preparation of the opening bake, preparing all items needed to open the store, and continued monitoring and replenishment of products to support the Exceptional Guest Experience through the delivery of quality products and service. Must be available at 2 am!
