The annual base salary range for this full-time position in the United States is $55,000 - $82,500. This range represents a good faith estimate and is based on factors such as the role, level, and geographic location. Within this range, individual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, education, and training. Job Description Site Director- Early Childhood ( View Hyperlink for full job description ) The Site Director at Palm Street Development Center provides leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations of the Early Head Start program, ensuring that all educational, operational, and compliance standards are met in accordance with Head Start Performance Standards, New Jersey childcare licensing regulations, and Unified Vailsburg Services Organization policies.
