Key Responsibilities • Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, frames, lenses, and other optical products based on their needs and preferences, • Take accurate measurements and assist with frame fitting and adjustments, • Explain lens options, coatings, features, pricing, and proper eyewear care, • Read and interpret prescriptions accurately, • Assist with dispensing and releasing completed eyewear orders, • Ensure eyewear is properly fitted, comfortable, and meets customer requirements, • Perform basic repairs and adjustments when needed, • Maintain accurate customer and order records, • Assist with inventory management, product displays, and stock replenishment, • Process sales transactions and ensure accurate payment handling, • Provide professional after-sales service and address customer concerns, • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming optical area, • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily store operations Qualifications • Previous experience as an Optician, Optical Assistant, or Eyewear Sales Associate is preferred, • Knowledge of eyeglasses, lenses, frames, and basic optical terminology, • Strong customer service and communication skills, • Detail-oriented and able to perform accurate measurements, • Friendly, professional, and approachable, • Reliable, organized, and willing to learn, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, • Sales experience is an advantage, • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when required What We Offer • Competitive compensation, • Training and opportunities for professional development, • Friendly and supportive work environment, • Opportunities to develop skills in optical services, sales, and customer care, • Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available How to Apply Interested applicants may submit their resume and include their relevant optical, healthcare, retail, or customer service experience, as well as their availability.
