Job Description Job Description: Club Front-End Manager Job Type: Full-Time Schedule :( 10:30am - 1:00pm morning shift) & (2:00pm - 7:00pm mid-day) &( 9:30pm - 1:00am) you are required to work all these shift when joining our team. Report to : Club General Manager Location: 47 Edison Pl, Newark, New Jersey, 07108 The Club Front-End Manager at City Night-Life Entertainment Corp is responsible for managing all front-of-house operations, ensuring a smooth guest experience from entry to exit. This leadership role oversees guest services, front desk staff, ticketing, reservations, coat check, and entry operations. You will ensure all front-end procedures align with company standards, safety regulations, and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all front-of-house (FOH) operations including guest entry, check-in, ticketing, and coat check, • Supervise, train, and schedule front-end staff (host/hostess, greeters, ticket agents, etc.), • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all guest touchpoints, • Resolve guest issues and complaints professionally and efficiently, • Manage line control and crowd flow at entrances during peak hours, • Coordinate with security, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless club operations, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas, • Monitor front-end supplies (wristbands, scanners, ticket stock, etc.) and place orders as needed, • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and age-verification protocols, • Assist with guest list management, reservations, and VIP entry coordination, • 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment environments, • Strong leadership and team management skills, • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills, • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure, fast-paced settings, • Experience with ticketing systems, POS, or reservation platforms is a plus, • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations and entry compliance (ID checks, capacity limits, etc.), • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business coursework is a plus By applying to this job, you agree to receive periodic text messages from this employer and Homebase about your pending job application.
