Job Description Job Description: Club Front-End Manager Job Type: Full-Time Schedule :( 10:30am - 1:00pm morning shift) & (2:00pm - 7:00pm mid-day) &( 9:30pm - 1:00am) you are required to work all these shift when joining our team. Report to : Club General Manager Location: 47 Edison Pl, Newark, New Jersey, 07108 The Club Front-End Manager at City Night-Life Entertainment Corp is responsible for managing all front-of-house operations, ensuring a smooth guest experience from entry to exit. This leadership role oversees guest services, front desk staff, ticketing, reservations, coat check, and entry operations. You will ensure all front-end procedures align with company standards, safety regulations, and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all front-of-house (FOH) operations including guest entry, check-in, ticketing, and coat check, • Supervise, train, and schedule front-end staff (host/hostess, greeters, ticket agents, etc.), • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all guest touchpoints, • Resolve guest issues and complaints professionally and efficiently, • Manage line control and crowd flow at entrances during peak hours, • Coordinate with security, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless club operations, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas, • Monitor front-end supplies (wristbands, scanners, ticket stock, etc.) and place orders as needed, • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and age-verification protocols, • Assist with guest list management, reservations, and VIP entry coordination, • 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment environments, • Strong leadership and team management skills, • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills, • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure, fast-paced settings, • Experience with ticketing systems, POS, or reservation platforms is a plus, • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations and entry compliance (ID checks, capacity limits, etc.), • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business coursework is a plus By applying to this job, you agree to receive periodic text messages from this employer and Homebase about your pending job application. Job Description JOB DUTIES: This position, which is key for our goal, will be responsible for greeting and welcoming patients and visitors who come into the Hospital utilizing exceptional Customer Service. This position must mirror the polite, positive assistance and attitude that positions such as airline hosts and hotel concierges display. For example, giving directions or accompanying patients and visitors to their destinations, answering questions regarding where food, refreshments or gifts are located, waiting time, offering refreshments to those in the waiting area, assist those with special needs and keeping them updated regarding their loved one's procedure and expected time of discharge to name a few. This person will be the face of the hospital, the first person that patients and visitors interact with. Our goal is that everyone who comes into our Hospital has a positive experience. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Previous Hospitality experience as a Host/Hostess/Concierge in hotel, airline or cruise ship industry or similar hospitality experience is required. Candidates without previous Hospitality experience will not be considered. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Applicable College courses or Hospitality training a plus.
