Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Financial Accountant with strong general ledger experience to support month-end and year-end close processes. This role focuses heavily on the trial balance, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of accounting experience and is comfortable working in a hybrid environment. Financial Accountant (Hybrid - Dayton, NJ) Temp-to-Perm | $40-$45/hr. Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday onsite Industry: Manufacturing Type: Hybrid | Temp-to-Perm Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain the general ledger and trial balance, • Prepare and perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations, • Support quarterly close activities and ensure accuracy of financial statements, • Assist with year-end close and audit preparation, • Analyze financial data and provide insights into variances, • Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and external regulations, • Utilize SAP S/4HANA for financial reporting and data management, • Collaborate with cross?functional partners to resolve discrepancies and improve processes Qualifications, • 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience, • Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and trial balance structure, • Experience with SAP S/4HANA required, • Proficiency in reconciliations and close processes, • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a structured environment Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour Search managed by: Cassandra Coakley Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
