Duties • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during your shift, • Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold food safety standards, • Oversee food preparation and kitchen activities, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish served, • Manage Toast POS for accurate order processing and cash handling, • Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate food orders to minimize waste, • Train new staff members on food handling, customer service protocols, and operational procedures, • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience, • Assist with shift management tasks including scheduling, staff delegation, and performance feedback, • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with health regulations, • Support budgeting efforts by monitoring labor costs and operational expenses Qualifications • Proven supervising or management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment, • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices, • Experience with POS systems ; cash handling skills required, • Familiarity with inventory control, food safety standards, and hospitality management principles, • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team training & development and staff mentoring, • Background in food industry operations including casual dining or fine dining experience preferred, • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting, • Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving, • Previous experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles is highly desirable Join us as a Shift Supervisor at San Wei Grand Central to lead a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
