Job Description Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate Bilingual / Trilingual Preferred Compensation Salary range: $70,000 – $80,000, with premium consideration for strong bilingual or trilingual language skills. Language Requirements (Read This First) • Fluency in English and either Spanish or Creole is required, • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Creole is strongly preferred Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Associate supports full-cycle recruiting while providing administrative and front-facing Human Resources support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with an onsite recruiter and HR leadership to ensure a strong candidate experience, smooth onboarding, and accurate employee records. The role blends recruiting coordination, employee interaction, and compliance-driven HR administration. Essential Responsibilities & Accountabilities Other duties may be assigned. Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Support • Support full-cycle recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, application tracking, phone screens, interview coordination, reference checks, background screenings, and offer letter preparation., • Communicate with candidates in English, Spanish, and or Creole to guide them through the hiring process., • Maintain accurate and timely candidate records and recruiting documentation., • Serve as a front-facing HR contact for employees and visitors, responding to general HR questions related to payroll, benefits, and policies., • Support employee onboarding by preparing and collecting required documentation., • Coordinate new hire orientations and required safety trainings., • Create, maintain, and audit employee personnel files, safety files, and confidential medical records., • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and internal HR procedures., • Assist with workers’ compensation documentation and recordkeeping., • Follow all safety policies, GMP standards, OSHA requirements, and lock-out/tag-out procedures., • Meet company standards for quality, accuracy, and professionalism.
