Job Description Job Description • Answers phone calls, schedule court hearings, send letters of representation to the court, calendar appointments, and support clients., • Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc., • Must exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail., • Must anticipate needed supplies and place orders for office supplies., • Must be fluent in English and Spanish., • Ideal candidate must live in the Hudson County Area. Education and Experience Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent education required, • 1 year of administrative assistant experience., • Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Work Hours/Benefits • Will provide educational opportunities by paying for seminars and courses., • Hours 9 to 5 Monday through Friday with flexible schedule.
