Heres what youll take ownership for: • Train, coach, counsel & manage personnel in all daily aspects relevant to driving sales and running the business, • Analyze, track and measure monthly business trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives, • Ensure store is running like a well-oiled machine each and every day while planning for the future, • Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels, merchandise presentations; signing, and assortment in all departments; ensure selling floor is adequately stocked. Maintain visual standards of the store, per merchandising manager directives, • Create a warm, welcoming, inspiring, and enthusiastic on-brand client experience, • Direct the receiving & shipping of product for the storeWho is this position for? Responsibilities in this role: • Maintain, order and replenish supplies throughout the building such as: break room, pantry room, vending machines, snack carts, as well as supply room and copy rooms., • Process office waste and recyclables, • Monitor building supply levels and manage storage spaces, • Assist in monitoring and managing building systems, • Coordinate with service vendors and act as on-site POC, • Perform local errands - store runs, transporting equipment for service, shipping, etc., • Maintain demo equipment inventory and manage asset system, • Prepare equipment for marketing events, coordinate delivery and setup as well as act as on-site POC for local events, • Perform minor building repairs and preventative maintenance tasks, as needed, • 2-3 years of facilities coordinator experience in an office setting preferred, • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, • Ability to operate a forklift, drive cargo vans and box trucks as needed, • Excellent verbal and written skills with strong organizational and time-management skills, • Detail oriented, self-starter with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while working independently, • $20-$30 per hour, • Flexible weekday schedule based on warehouse needs: 5:30am-2:30pm, 9am-6pm, 11am-8pm, • Generous PTO plus 15 paid holidays, • Comprehensive insurance: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, • 401k savings plan with company matching, • Fun company culture including in-office perks like daily snacks, holiday celebrations, sponsored lunches, discounted products, and much more!
