Job Description We are seeking an experienced, organized, and diligent paralegal to handle cases from intake through trial prep. The candidate will have experience in and be comfortable with: • Preparation and service of pleadings;, • Discovery exchange;, • Requests for and scheduling of court conferences;, • Motion practice;, • Trial prep. Compensation commensurate with experience.
