Job Description *MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE MAINTAINING AND REPAIRING CONVEYORS! Position Summary Maintain Machinery and Mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; dismantling devices; examining form and texture of parts; adjusting controls; fabricating repair parts; leading team members. Position Responsibilities: • Complete preventive maintenance prerequisites on mechanical equipment like motors, conveyors, production machines, pneumatic tools (i.e., power tools such as: air compressor, buffers, nailing and stapling guns, grinders, drills, jack hammers, chipping hammers, riveting guns, sanders and wrenches) as well as engines, thereby ensuring smooth operation of such machinery and mechanical gadgets., • Repair conveyor system and maintain forklifts, electric, and propane equipment., • Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, compressor, conveyor and inspection systems as needed., • Ensure that warehouse machinery function correctly and efficiently, so that the production shift meet the company’s shipping demands on a nightly basis, and that equipment perform optimally., • Observe, dismantle, adjust, and repair mechanical devices and control instruments as needed., • Assemble, install, and fabricate equipment as well as perform preventative and predictive maintenance as well as update all required documentation to include nightly repair logs., • Design, develop, manage and maintain control systems (i.e. Distributed Control System, Programmable Logic Controller). Perform all work and conduct oneself in a manner that promotes safety of the individual and all other at employees., • Troubleshoot, make necessary repairs or upgrades, and perform preventative maintenance and service to process control equipment, control systems, equipment calibration, and instrumentation equipment to provide for the reliable operation of this equipment. Investigate problems, analyze for root causes and derive resolutions., • Attend shop meetings and utilize/maintain personal tools., • Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs., • Maintains efficient operation of material handling equipment by clearing jams and removing foreign materials., • Familiar with automatic controls and 480 volt 3 phase electrical systems., • Familiar with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety and health regulations., • Knowledge with proper use of pneumatic (i.e., power tools such as: air compressor, buffers, nailing and stapling guns, grinders, drills, jack hammers, chipping hammers, riveting guns, sanders and wrenches), electrical, and hydraulic conveyor systems., • Knowledge in basic cutting/welding, electrical/wiring and carpentry experience helpful., • Experience operating a Forklift in addition to heavy equipment., • Excellent mechanical skills in order to read and interpret technical manuals and sophisticated diagnostic equipment to perform required maintenance and service., • Able to reassemble large, complex equipment after completing a repair., • Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and equipment when handling parts, must have a steady hand and good hand-eye coordination., • Excellent problem solving/trouble shooting skills in order to observe, diagnose, and fix machinery malfunctions., • Technical experience and exposure to high-speed equipment.

May adjust electrical instruments with thermal or capillary sensing units pursuant to the task., • Uses all tools and equipment pursuant to the task, including hand or power equipment to hoist and move personnel and materials, except mobile cranes., • May transport tools, materials and equipment to and from job site which are to be used by employees in the Electrician job classification., • Performs related tasks as necessary in the completion of the employees primary work assignment in the Electrician job classification., • US Citizenship, able to obtain and maintain US DOT security clearance, • High School Diploma or GED, • Ability to work any shift, • Valid Driver's License, • Journeyman Electrician, • Industrial electrician, • Qualified in low voltage to high voltage, • Troubleshooting and install capabilities, • Industrial controller troubleshooting and experience

Based in Westbury, NY, the Protection and Controls Controller will have responsibility for accurate, timely, transparent financial accounting, reporting and internal controls over financial reporting for the Electro Industries and Beckwith businesses, collectively Protection and Controls. This position will oversee the monthly closing cycle across Protection and Controls and will be responsible to interface regularly with the HUS Group finance and controllership leaders to articulate results with clarity and transparency and maintain a strong controls environment. The Protection and Controls Controller is responsible for the SOX 404 internal control environment within the Protection and Controls business unit and must collaborate with the HUS Group as well as the Corporate Controller's Team to ensure proper SOX 404 compliance and continuous improvement in this critical area. This high-profile role will also serve as a key interface between the Hubbell Utility Solutions Controllership team and Finance leadership teams, to ensure objectives are met and internal customer requirements are satisfied on a regular basis. The Protection and Controls Controller will be responsible to partner with FP&A team and other functional areas of the business to ensure the delivery of value-added business analysis and meaningful financial and operational metrics that lead to insightful, accurate, timely business decision-making. This position is also responsible for monitoring, controlling, analyzing and reporting on all restructuring initiatives, including project economics and savings validation. In addition, this role is required to support acquisition integration, particularly finance integration initiatives and activities, and for delivering SOX 404 compliance for newly acquired businesses. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process. The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000 annually and also offers a competitive benefits package. #LI-AO1 • Principally responsible for accurate, timely, transparent financial accounting and reporting in accordance with Hubbell standards, Policies & Procedures, U.S. GAAP and required timelines., • Along with HUS VPF, this position is the key finance leader responsible for SOX 404 compliance and for the initial and ongoing design and operational effectiveness of all internal controls over financial reporting., • Provide strong leadership, oversight, supervision and guidance to Protection and Controls financial accounting, reporting and control team and ensure timely accurate delivery of all monthly, quarterly and annual financial information, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flows and other financial analysis, key metrics and operating results., • Continuous oversight and maintenance of accurate balance sheets, income statements, and statements of cash flows for the Protection and Controls legal entities and ensure all balance sheet accounts are fully supported each month and properly reconciled in accordance with company Policy & Procedures and in accordance with Blackline standards on a monthly basis., • Responsible to deliver robust and insightful Onestream-based balance sheet fluctuation analysis for Protection and Controls., • Champion for ASC 606, including oversight of Revenue controls and involvement with the reviews of all significant revenue contracts with customers to ensure appropriate revenue recognition in accordance with Hubbell Policy & Procedure and in accordance with ASC 606., • Monthly oversight of all key reserves (Warranty, E&O, Contra-A/R, inventory shrink, restructuring, etc) include ongoing assessments of warranty activity and reserves., • Oversight of equipment capitalization, depreciation, and ongoing impairment assessments., • Ensure the company operates to high standards of corporate governance and follows all financial and regulatory requirements of a U.S. public company., • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required, CPA or CMA preferred, • 5-7 of progressive experience in Controllership activity, with at least 2 years in a leadership role., • Ability to motivate, energize, manage, mentor and develop performance of staff., • Ability to lead organizational changes with accounting staff., • Responsible for on-going compliance with and maintenance of the Signature Authority Matrix, as well as training and ongoing support in this critical area., • Collaborate with HUS Controller's Group and provide annual support for impairment testing and definite lived intangible asset testing., • Consult regularly with the HUS Controller's group and provide strong technical accounting and reporting support to Protection and Controls accounting professionals that execute monthly, quarterly and year-end financial closing and reporting process., • Serve as accounting policy champion within Protection and Controls and ensure proper compliance, training, roll-out, maintenance, and also serve on Corporate Finance Policy sub team to represent Protection and Controls., • Oversee and manage general accounting, cost accounting function, including inventory and fixed asset accounting., • Oversee quality and accuracy of all work performed by OHF in support of Protection and Controls (A/R, Accounting, A/R, T&E, Credit, etc)., • Ensure that the financial reporting processes are in accordance with U.S. GAAP and the Company's Accounting Policies & Procedures., • Maintain appropriate internal controls throughout Protection and Controls companies to adequately safeguard the assets of the company and to identify and address potential risks in a timely manner., • Support complex accounting matters that impact the business, partnering with HUS Segment Controller and Power Brands Controller as well as the Corporate Controller's team as necessary, and support special projects as needed by senior management.
