Job DescriptionSPORTIME owns and operates 17 tennis, pickleball, sports, camp and fitness clubs across NYS, including sites across Long Island, in Westchester, Manhattan and the Capital Region. Several of these locations currently feature both dedicated and/or “blended” pickleball courts, and offer court-time, instruction and related programs. SPORTIME is in the active process of creating and scaling its new pickleball division, the purpose of which is to own or lease, and operate, dedicated indoor and outdoor pickleball sites in our current markets and in others nearby. JOB SUMMARY: Help develop and implement pickleball instructional, recreational and competitive programming for our members and guests that maximizes court revenue, minimizes related expenses, and reflects the high standard of excellence that we have established for all SPORTIME services. To team build with and be a resource for the staff of other pickleball instructors in order to better serve our members and guests. To maximize and protect the profitability of all programming. To recruit, interview and hire qualified teaching professionals pickleball programs when needed. Train, coach and educate staff of pickleball instructors on all pickleball instructional and administrative related matters on a daily basis and at weekly meetings when applicable. Mentor and be a resource for pickleball coaches. To help design our instructional programs to offer quality instruction to our members at every age, level, and level of interest. Provide concierge-type consultation services to all members and guests relating to pickleball programming. Be knowledgeable of all competitive pickleball opportunities, both sanctioned and unsanctioned. Stay current on all pickleball certifications that will put our site on the cutting edge of all pickleball developments. To help introduce tennis members to pickleball and to provide welcoming opportunities for them to play. Job DescriptionHealthcare Sterilization Systems Installer A day in this role Picture your morning: you load a company vehicle and head into Manhattan, Long Island, or Northern New Jersey to support a hospital project.
