The Heavy Equipment Technician is personally responsible for performing complex preventative maintenance tasks, and troubleshoots and repairs a wide variety of operational equipment (Trucks and Yellow Iron). • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Technician is responsible for operating a company vehicle to and from customer sites to troubleshoot, maintain and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. To be a successful Commercial HVAC/R Technician, you should be able to work independently, possess strong technical and troubleshooting skills and be an expert in customer service. Job Description The BAS Service Technician will provide services related to the retro commissioning and calibration of existing control systems. The position will work with project managers and subcontractors to meet project requirements. The control technician will be responsible for assisting in calibration, point to point check out, programming, and testing of Direct Digital Control (DDC) building automation and control systems as directed.
