Job Summary Hanover Bank is looking for a Full-Time Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator provides essential administrative, operational, and compliance support to the Marketing Department. This individual in this position will assist with campaign execution, vendor coordination, community outreach, and departmental organization while ensuring all marketing materials and communications meet regulatory and brand standards. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and capable of balancing creative tasks with compliance-driven responsibilities. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including scheduling, reporting, correspondence, and processing invoices and purchase orders., • Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and events., • Interface regularly with the Compliance Department to ensure all marketing materials, advertisements, and public communications are properly reviewed and approved before publication., • Maintain accurate records of compliance approvals and adhere to internal policies regarding marketing documentation and retention., • Safeguard confidential information, ensuring that sensitive internal data, customer information, and marketing plans are always protected., • Support development and maintenance of the bank’s website, social media, and digital communications in accordance with compliance guidelines., • Track marketing budgets, sponsorship requests, and promotional inventory, maintaining organized records for reporting and audit purposes., • Coordinate production and distribution of marketing collateral and branded materials while upholding brand and compliance standards., • Assist with vendor relations, purchase orders, and contracts in coordination with internal departments., • Monitor market trends and community activities to identify opportunities aligned with the bank’s brand and compliance framework., • Contribute to the creative process and brainstorming of ideas., • Perform other administrative and departmental duties as assigned.
