Our growing Garden City West clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in 2026. Position Highlights: • Garden City Clinic located in the heart of Nassau County, Long Island, • Outpatient-focused practice model, • 4-day workweek (Monday–Friday schedule), • No call, no weekends, and no holidays, • Guaranteed annual base salary plus a Work RVU bonus production model paid quarterly Why Garden City, NY?
