Job Description CBIZ Talent Solutions is assisting their valued Financial Services client in Nassau County in their search for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. In this fast-paced financial services environment, you will play a key role in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth daily workflows. This position requires exceptional social skills, proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the financial services team., • Prepare, organize, and e-file financial returns and documents., • Handle a variety of office tasks, including answering phones, managing messages, coordinating FedEx and mail deliveries, and maintaining orderly records., • Process deposits and assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks., • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, maintaining a high level of professionalism., • 2+ years previous administrative experience in a financial services or related environment preferred., • Excellent social and interpersonal skills; strong communicator., • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)., • Experience with e-filing and maintaining financial records., • Working knowledge of QuickBooks is highly desirable., • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment., • Attention to detail, discretion, and reliability.
