Job Description Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team of professionals. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Summary: Works with the Events Manager on the planning, preparation, and execution of events. Will be expected to train and supervise staff to ensure events run to the satisfaction of the members and guests. Assist in controlling and managing budgeted labor, supplies, and other cost goals.
