Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications. Support clerical duties as needed, including ordering parts and supplies. Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a productive environment. Must be Organized. Requirements Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Proficiency in phone systems and customer support practices. Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse clientele.
