📍 Roseland, NJ (Hybrid) \n 💰 Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (Non-exempt) \n 🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM \n ✈️ Travel: Occasional travel to other office locations as needed \n \n About the Opportunity \n Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking a Talent Intelligence & Recruiting Coordinator to support strategic lateral hiring initiatives and talent growth efforts. \n \n This highly visible role sits at the intersection of recruiting, market intelligence, research, and candidate experience. The successful candidate will help drive strategic talent acquisition efforts by conducting competitive intelligence research, tracking market trends, identifying prospective talent, and coordinating a seamless interview process for high-level candidates. \n This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, research, or workforce analytics who enjoys working with data, market intelligence, and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n Research & Market Intelligence \n\n • Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to identify prospective lateral talent, target organizations, and emerging industry trends.\n, • Develop talent maps, target lists, and market analyses using research platforms, databases, LinkedIn, industry publications, and other resources.\n, • Track lateral movement, growth initiatives, and broader market developments to identify recruiting opportunities.\n, • Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support strategic hiring decisions.\n, • Maintain recruiting databases, talent pipelines, research records, and reporting tools.\n, • Support special projects and strategic growth initiatives as needed.\n\n \n Candidate & Interview Coordination \n\n • Coordinate all aspects of candidate interviews, including scheduling, logistics, itinerary preparation, and stakeholder communication.\n, • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, search firms, and internal stakeholders throughout the interview process.\n, • Monitor interview feedback collection and facilitate follow-up as needed.\n, • Maintain candidate records and status updates within recruiting systems.\n, • Coordinate search firm meetings, scheduling, attendee tracking, and meeting documentation.\n, • Provide support to broader recruiting initiatives and team projects as needed.\n\n \n Strategic Recruiting Support \n\n • Partner closely with recruiting leadership and external search partners to support lateral hiring efforts.\n, • Help ensure recruiting processes are efficient, organized, and candidate-focused.\n, • Assist with recruiting operations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.\n, • Contribute to projects supporting long-term talent acquisition and growth strategies.\n\n \n Qualifications Required \n\n • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.\n, • Ability to gather, interpret, and present information in a clear and actionable manner.\n, • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\n, • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\n, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.\n, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.\n, • Experience creating reports and working with data, spreadsheets, and analytics.\n, • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.\n\n \n Preferred \n\n • Bachelor's degree preferred.\n, • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, market research, business intelligence, analytics, professional services, or a related field.\n, • Knowledge of attorney recruiting, legal industry structures, or professional services recruiting.\n, • Experience using research and intelligence tools such as LinkedIn, Leopard Solutions, Chambers, Firm Prospects, Pirical, or similar platforms.\n, • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.\n\n \n We're looking for someone who is: \n\n • Naturally curious and research-driven.\n, • Detail-oriented and highly organized.\n, • Comfortable working with data, reports, and market intelligence.\n, • Skilled at managing multiple moving pieces and competing priorities.\n, • Customer-service focused with strong relationship management skills.\n, • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.\n, • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to contribute to strategic growth initiatives.\n\n \n This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team and gain exposure to strategic recruiting, market intelligence, and talent acquisition initiatives while partnering with senior leadership on growth-focused hiring efforts.
