Great opportunity for a motivated individual to obtain a long term position at the Vision Center of New York. Responsibilities: - Greet visitors and direct them to where they will receive therapy. - Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate person or department. - Maintain a clean and organized reception area. - Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members. - Maintain records of visitors, calls, and messages. - Provide general administrative support to staff members. - Assist with ordering office supplies. - Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Free parking Paid sick time Paid time off Paid training Retirement plan
