That’s where you come in. About the Role We’re looking for a creative and collaborative Content Creator & Digital Marketing Associate to join our team and help shape the voice of Lifestyle Sports. You’ll report directly to the Director of E-commerce and Marketing and play a key role in content development, digital storytelling, and brand growth across our website, email, and social media platforms.This isn’t just a posting-and-commenting gig. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes content — someone who understands how to speak to athletes, workers, and everyday shoppers through clever, engaging, and informative digital media.Key Responsibilities • Create and manage engaging video, photo, and graphic content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.), • Follow and contribute to a content calendar that aligns with our marketing initiatives, promotions, and product launches, • Work closely with store team members to gather insights and product knowledge — become the expert in what we sell and why it matters, • Build and grow our brand identity across platforms through consistent tone, visuals, and messaging, • Contribute to the development of social ad campaigns and influencer collaborations, • Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or After Effects, • Design social graphics using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop, • Use Meta Business Suite to schedule and optimize posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages, • Track and report on performance using Google Analytics and other tools to inform strategy, • A portfolio showcasing original content work (graphics, social posts, videos, reels, etc.), • 1+ year experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management, • Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics, • Knowledge of SEO and basic marketing analytics, • Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills, • Some sports knowledge preferred — bonus if you know the difference between a USSSA and BBCOR bat or why lacrosse players love a certain mesh, • Retail or e-commerce experience is a big plus, • A self-starter with strong time management skills who thrives in a collaborative team environment At Lifestyle Sports, your content won’t get lost in a sea of corporate red tape. About the Role We're looking for a sports-obsessed, fashion-forward digital storyteller to lead our site merchandising and product content strategy across all channels. As the Site Merchandising & Content Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in blending creativity and commerce, ensuring every product is not only listed — but celebrated. In this role, you’ll lead a cross-functional team that powers our brand-owned sites, retailer dropship portals, and online marketplaces. You’ll own how our collections show up digitally — and bring them to life in a way that reflects our DNA: premium sports fashion, culture-driven creativity, and bold commercial intent. This is more than just managing products online — it’s about curating a digital flagship that speaks to passionate fans and trendsetters across the region. What You'll Do Lead with Vision & Passion • Manage and mentor a dynamic team of Site Merchandisers across brand DTC, dropship, and marketplaces., • Be the editor-in-chief of our product storytelling across platforms — from homepage to PDPs., • Oversee daily content refreshes, launch rollouts, asset updates, and QA checks across Shopify Plus and third-party platforms., • Own the master merchandising calendar and ensure all teams are sprinting in sync with seasonal and weekly drops., • Collaborate with Brand marketing to adapt creative assets into high-impact content across PDP, PLP, A+ content, and homepages., • Ensure products are sorted, tagged, and merchandised in a way that boosts discoverability and conversion — all while looking great., • Define and refine SOPs for content operations across all channels — with a test-and-learn mentality., • Partner with dev and analytics to identify content opportunities that improve speed, accuracy, and performance., • Work with Planning and Ops to ensure product availability aligns with launches., • Sync with Site Experience on experiments and CRO efforts that elevate the digital journey., • Report content effectiveness to stakeholders — using data to tell the story behind the story. What We're Looking For • 6+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, or content production, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands., • A deep love for sports and a pulse on what's trending in streetwear, athleisure, or premium fashion., • Strong leadership and project management skills with experience managing teams across channels., • Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, CMS platforms, and retailer/marketplace seller portals., • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment., • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese or other languages is a plus.
