THE OPPORTUNITY AT HAND We’re looking for an empathetic Medical Receptionist to join our team. Medical Receptionists are often the first impression a patient has of OCLI. You’re interacting with patients and providers, and building relationships with them, while making sure the office is running smoothly. You’ll be handling medical records, managing insurance verifications, and most importantly, managing the patient experience. You have a positive attitude and are motivated to provide an excellent experience to anyone that walks through our clinic doors. OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU • You’ll provide our patients with a high level of service., • Manage complex scheduling of patients and ensure timely handling of all patient matters., • Register patients and manage patient flow in the office., • Provide additional administrative support., • You’re a self-starter., • You’re flexible and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done., • Must have reliable transportation to and from work., • Must be able to work 2 Saturdays a month.
