BDC Representative (English/Spanish) – In-Person Monday through Saturday · 10am to 5pm Location: Elizabeth, NJ Overview We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused BDC Representative to join our used car dealership team in person. The BDC Rep will be responsible for handling inbound leads, making outbound calls, setting appointments, and building relationships with potential customers to drive traffic to the dealership and support sales. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound phone calls, internet leads, and chat inquiries from potential customers., • Make outbound calls to follow up with internet leads, past customers, and unsold showroom traffic., • Set and confirm appointments for the sales team., • Maintain excellent product knowledge of available vehicles, specials, and financing options., • Enter and update customer information in the CRM system., • Send professional email/text follow-ups to increase appointment show rates., • Provide a positive first impression of the dealership through excellent communication., • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly goals for calls, appointments, and leads., • Work closely with the sales team and management to ensure a smooth handoff of customers. Qualifications • Prior experience in automotive BDC, call center, or customer service preferred., • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish bilingual is a must)., • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily., • Basic computer and CRM proficiency., • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in person as part of a team in a fast-paced dealership., • Reliable transportation to our Elizabeth, NJ location., • Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (calls, appointments set, show rate, etc.). Deliver excellent customer service that supports dealership reputation and retention. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, call center, or sales preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally. Basic knowledge of automotive sales is a plus but not required. Proficient with computers and CRM systems. Highly organized, goal-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are an advantage if applicable.

This role is responsible for managing the enrollment process, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive experience that reflects Fusion Dance Centre’s values of creativity, community, and excellence. Key Responsibilities 1. Enrollment Management • Respond to inquiries regarding class schedules, pricing, and program offerings., • Guide new students and families through the enrollment and registration process., • Manage re-enrollments, waitlists, and class placements., • Maintain accurate student records and class rosters using the studio management system., • Track incoming leads and follow up to maximize enrollment growth and retention. 2. Customer Experience & Communication • Welcome students and parents warmly in person and via phone/email., • Provide clear, professional communication about studio updates, policies, and events., • Address concerns or questions promptly, escalating when necessary., • Help create a supportive, friendly, and family-oriented studio environment. 3. Front Desk & Administrative Support • Manage daily front desk operations during class hours., • Process payments, billing inquiries, and account updates., • Assist with recital preparations, workshops, and studio events., • Coordinate with instructors and staff to ensure smooth class flow., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and reception area. 4. Marketing & Engagement Support • Assist with social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials., • Support open houses, trial classes, and community events to attract new students., • Collect and track customer feedback to improve services and programs. Qualifications • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field)., • Previous customer service, sales, or administrative experience required; performing arts or fitness environment is a plus., • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills., • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/studio management systems (e.g., Jackrabbit, MindBody)., • Positive, friendly attitude and a genuine interest in dance and community culture.
