BDC Representative (English/Spanish) – In-Person Monday through Saturday · 10am to 5pm Location: Elizabeth, NJ Overview We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused BDC Representative to join our used car dealership team in person. The BDC Rep will be responsible for handling inbound leads, making outbound calls, setting appointments, and building relationships with potential customers to drive traffic to the dealership and support sales. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound phone calls, internet leads, and chat inquiries from potential customers., • Make outbound calls to follow up with internet leads, past customers, and unsold showroom traffic., • Set and confirm appointments for the sales team., • Maintain excellent product knowledge of available vehicles, specials, and financing options., • Enter and update customer information in the CRM system., • Send professional email/text follow-ups to increase appointment show rates., • Provide a positive first impression of the dealership through excellent communication., • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly goals for calls, appointments, and leads., • Work closely with the sales team and management to ensure a smooth handoff of customers. Ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally. Basic knowledge of automotive sales is a plus but not required. Proficient with computers and CRM systems. Highly organized, goal-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are an advantage if applicable.

Enrollment Management • Respond to inquiries regarding class schedules, pricing, and program offerings., • Guide new students and families through the enrollment and registration process., • Manage re-enrollments, waitlists, and class placements., • Maintain accurate student records and class rosters using the studio management system., • Track incoming leads and follow up to maximize enrollment growth and retention. 2. Customer Experience & Communication • Welcome students and parents warmly in person and via phone/email., • Provide clear, professional communication about studio updates, policies, and events., • Address concerns or questions promptly, escalating when necessary., • Help create a supportive, friendly, and family-oriented studio environment. 3. Front Desk & Administrative Support • Manage daily front desk operations during class hours., • Process payments, billing inquiries, and account updates., • Assist with recital preparations, workshops, and studio events., • Coordinate with instructors and staff to ensure smooth class flow., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and reception area. 4.
