POSITION SUMMARY: The Housing Specialist is responsible for working with birth parents and youth in our Family Foster Care and Residential programs. The Housing Specialist will help our clients secure and obtain a permanent place to live. The ideal candidate will have experience working with at risk youth and have a strong knowledge base of the following: NYCHA, Supportive Housing, Section 8, and other related programs. POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor, the Nurse will be responsible for providing best practice nursing care to our clients. Our clients are a mix of infants, toddlers, school age children and teens and are male and female. Nurses will work with birth families, foster parents, and other members of each child’s treatment team. The pay rate for this position is $25 per hour based on experience and geographic location. • This position falls under the U.S. Department of Labor Service Contract Act (SCA).
