Job Description Exciting opportunity for a trained, licensed, board certified/eligible Glaucoma Ophthalmologist to join our team in a highly sought after community of Nassau County, NY! Practice: • Skilled team of 4 ophthalmologists, 1 optometrist, skilled administrators, scribes, technicians and surgical coordinators, • Practice is part of a large 55 physician group of specialists across Nassau and Suffolk Counties, • Services in this location include Glaucoma, Cataracts, Diabetic Eye Care, Primary Care Vision, • 6 OR ambulatory surgery center dedicated to eyes, • Seeing patients 40 hours a week, inclusive of surgical time, • Full technician and scribe support, which adjusts based on volume, • State-of-the-art equipment and technology for precise diagnostics and procedures, • Mentors available to support growth in surgery and specialty Lake Success is a small and affluent village in Nassau County on Long Island known for its peaceful low crime rate, suburban atmosphere, excellent schools and convenient location.
