Experience with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Omron is a plus. Knowledge of HMI systems, VFDs, sensors, motors, and industrial control systems. Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good attention to detail and ability to work independently. Engineering or technical degree/certification is preferred but not always required. Willingness to work flexible hours or respond to equipment issues when necessary.

Responsibilities Provide one-on-one speech therapy services to children and adults in their homes. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, communication, cognition, voice, fluency, and swallowing abilities, as appropriate. Develop, implement, and update individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and agency requirements. Provide evidence-based, patient-centered treatment to improve functional communication and/or swallowing abilities. Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding communication strategies, home programs, swallowing precautions, and carryover techniques. Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
