As a Union Benefits Sales Rep, you’ll be on the front lines of helping union workers and their families access the best benefits packages. You’ll be responsible for building relationships, meeting with Union members virtually, and converting them into satisfied clients—all while making an impact in your community.
Prospect & Close: Engage with union members at their request, helping them understand the value of our benefits and how they can improve their lives.
Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with union leaders and workers by offering tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy: Work closely with a team of like-minded, highly motivated individuals to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
