Office Administrator – Fashion Industry East Rockaway/Oceanside, NY (Nassau County) Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Temp-to-Perm Opportunity $21–$23/hour (based on experience) A well-established and trend-setting men’s fashion brand is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Office Administrator to join its team at the East Rockaway/Oceanside headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for fashion and a knack for keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with 1–3 years of administrative experience—especially in fashion, marketing, or a creative industry. Graduates from FIT or similar programs are encouraged to apply. What You’ll Do • Enter and manage customer orders in the internal system (training provided), • Use Microsoft Excel and Word daily—strong proficiency required, • Answer phones and communicate professionally with clients and team members, • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support key administrative needs, • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements, • Keep physical and digital filing systems up to date and well-organized, • Monitor and reorder office supplies, and handle equipment repairs as needed, • Prepare accurate reports, invoices, and internal documentation, • Assist with planning and coordinating meetings and team events, • Manage mail, shipping, and general office logistics, • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience; experience in fashion a big plus, • Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with QuickBooks or inventory/order management software is a bonus, • Work with a passionate team at the heart of a leading menswear brand, • Be part of a creative, fashion-forward environment, • Hands-on experience across multiple departments—ideal for future growth, • Temp-to-perm path with strong potential for a long-term role
