Requirements • Previous heavy-duty towing and recovery experience, • Strong knowledge of heavy-duty towing and recovery procedures, • Ability to safely operate heavy-duty tow equipment, • Valid driver’s license with the appropriate CDL and endorsements, • Clean driving record preferred, • Ability to work independently and respond to calls promptly, • Professional attitude and strong customer-service skills, • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, • Dependable, safety-conscious, and mechanically inclined Responsibilities • Operate heavy-duty tow and recovery equipment, • Perform local and long-distance towing and recovery, • Safely recover disabled vehicles, trucks, buses, and other heavy equipment, • Complete vehicle inspections and required paperwork, • Maintain tow trucks and equipment in safe working condition, • Provide professional service to customers, repair facilities, and commercial accounts, • Follow all safety procedures and applicable regulations Compensation Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
