This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently in the field. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, • Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections, • Install HVAC/R systems, components, and replacement equipment, • Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, refrigeration systems, boilers, and controls, • Work on commercial HVAC systems ranging from 1 to 50+ tons, • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues, • Recommend repair and replacement solutions to customers, • Complete work orders, service reports, and required documentation accurately, • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean working condition, • Adhere to company safety standards and industry best practices, • Provide professional customer service at all job sites, • Participate in an on-call rotation, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays Required Qualifications • Minimum of 4 years of Commercial HVAC/R Service experience, • Graduate of an accredited HVAC technical training program, • EPA Universal Certification (Required), • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, • Strong knowledge of: Commercial HVAC systems, Refrigeration systems, Electrical troubleshooting, Boilers, HVAC controls and control systems, Join Total Comfort Group Total Comfort Group (TCG) is a leading nationwide provider of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and facility maintenance services for multi-site retail and commercial customers across the United States.
