Compensation: $125,000 - $225,000 yearly Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions., • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals., • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, attending industry events, and leveraging social media., • Guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience., • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to offer clients the best advice., • Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and support each other's success., • Utilize company-provided tools and systems to manage leads, track progress, and close deals efficiently.Qualifications:, • Experience in sales, with a passion for building relationships and helping clients achieve their goals., • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both in person and through digital channels., • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment., • Familiarity with the Nassau-Suffolk real estate market, or a strong willingness to learn quickly., • Comfortable using technology and social media to generate leads and manage client interactions., • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a supportive team., • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously with attention to detail.About Company Our mission is to create a dynamic, collaborative space where real estate professionals thrive — whether they’re just starting out or scaling to the next level.
